This deep dive will help us understand your vision and ensure it is aligned with the form and function regarding the building plans.
Another point of differentiation is that we conduct a thoughtful review of expectations versus cost prior to beginning the building process known as value engineering.
Often clients who design first and then seek cost estimates discover that their design exceeds their budget. To prevent this loss of time and money, we outline the project scope, provide a preliminary estimate, and collaborate with the design team to identify areas where you can save and areas that may increase your budget.
We plan with your budget and goals in mind, so you can maximize your dream.
As a general contractor, we essentially serve as your dedicated project manager.
You won’t have to wonder what is being done or where you are in the process. You can expect prompt, quality, and professional service from our knowledgeable office staff and experienced field crews every step of the way.
We know that change is inevitable when it comes to creating, so we are prepared to accommodate any adaptations you want regarding design and/or functionality. The construction agreement will explain how costs associated with your changes will be handled.
Attention to detail is something we strive to excel in. Before officially completing a project, we undertake multiple inspections to ensure that the craftsmanship has been maintained throughout and everything is up to code.
Before you move in, a final review meeting is held during which we answer any operational questions you may have. We also take this time to explain how our warranty program works and will provide you with a digital and/or physical copy of your own warranty binder.
